Product Policy Exchange or Return of Cleo Secrets Products 
 
 
A  merchandise exchange will be accepted when the goods arereturned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Merchandise returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.  No refunds on shipping fees. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item.
 
IMPORTANT
  The item returned must be as new as otherwise it will not be accepted.
Returned items must have all tags/labels attached and they must be unsoiled and undamaged.
 
 
 
 RETURN POLICY

We Hope you’ll love any item bought from us, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason, please follow our easy returns Procedure.

Clothing: changes are only for sizes, colours and faulty items. For changes or a different product you should call at our retail outlet in San Gwann and place a new order.  Changes are completely free.
We promise a refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase, Please understand (shipping cost will be deducted accordingly) – just return your item(s) to us within 14 working days from purchase. 

You can expect your refund 5 days up to 20Days from the date we receive your returned item(s).

Sex toys are not refundable unless they are damaged upon purchase or receiving while being delivered / shipped.  In that case please take images of the products while receiving post and send us an email within 2days from receiving your item.  This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our retail outlet or warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

Bear in mind that , underwear and erotic items can’t be refunded for hygiene reasons. We also ask that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear, with the seal in place. Your refund may be declined if you don’t follow our hygiene policy. Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost. 
 
Where to Return or Exchange Products 
  1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on your invoice / sales chit and please note the reason why.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible.
